Meyer Engineering is located in Greensburg, Indiana and we have developed and continue to maintain deep roots in the community. Being located in the heart of Indiana allows us to be within reach of all four surrounding states.

Meyer Engineering, Inc. was started in 1979 by John and Pam Meyer with the idea of building high quality and precision progressive die and tools for various companies in the area. John started in the tool room at Hill-Rom casket company in Batesville, Indiana in 1964.

John’s son Andy grew up in the shop, with the plan of one day working in the family business. Andy at 15 started working through high school and eventually summers during his college years. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Engineering, Andy moved back to Greensburg to run the business with John. He has been working at Meyer Engineering full-time since 2004.

Meyer Engineering is a 15-man shop, with four full-time designers. Many of the employees in our tool room have an average of 30 years experience in die and gauge work. Our people take a direct pride in their work and know that whatever they design or produce is a direct representation of Meyer Engineering.

We have designed and built dies, gauges and fixtures since the company first started. Our products and services can be seen in many different industries, from automotive, to appliance, to the medical industry. With the inspiration to provide you with high quality and exceptional customer service we know we can meet all of your expectations.

Meyer Engineering’s new building is over 25,000 square feet and has an additional 6,000 square feet of storage. We are capable of handling many different sizes and types of material for general machining.
